This privacy notice describes how personal data of users who visit buythedippn.media is processed, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 and subsequent amendments.

2. Types of data collected
We collect the data you voluntarily provide through the newsletter subscription form (name and email), the navigation data automatically collected (IP address, browser type, pages visited, date and time of request) and the data collected through cookies as described in the Cookie Policy.
3. Purposes of processing
Personal data is processed to: (a) provide the informational newsletter service on the real estate sector; (b) ensure the security and proper functioning of the site; (c) fulfill legal obligations; (d) conduct aggregated statistical analysis with your prior consent.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on explicit consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) for direct marketing purposes via newsletter, on the legitimate interest of the Controller for the security of the site (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) and on compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
5. Data retention
Data collected for the newsletter is kept until consent is withdrawn. Navigation data is kept for a maximum of 12 months. Security technical logs are kept for 6 months.
6. Rights of the data subject
As a data subject you can exercise at any time the rights provided by Articles 15-22 of the GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. To exercise your rights, write to privacy@buythedippn.media. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
7. Data transfer
Data is stored on servers located in the European Economic Area. Any transfer to third countries takes place only in the presence of adequate guarantees, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission.

We reserve the right to update this notice. Any substantial change will be communicated on the site and, if necessary, by email.
